My Why
I’ve always felt a quiet calling to be of service — to offer care, truth, and grounding to others in their hardest moments. But I didn’t fully understand what that meant … until life broke me open.
It took two deeply traumatic experiences, back to back in 2023, to bring my purpose into focus. One of them was breast cancer. The other was domestic violence, which prompted my first book, Lighthouse: Surviving Narcissistic Abuse.
And still — I knew I didn’t want what I had been through to be in vain.
Everything I’ve learned, everything I’ve survived — it had to become something more. Something useful. Something that could help someone else feel a little less alone in the dark.
This offering is the result of that knowing.
If you’re at the front door of treatment, in the middle of it, or standing in the echo afterward wondering “What now?” — I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to walk with you, to help you feel held, seen, and steady as you move through this part of your journey.
This isn’t about fixing you.
You are already whole. It’s about giving you a safe place to remember that — and supporting you as you rise.
