My Why

I used to think service meant doing — doing things right, doing things well, being the one people could rely on in the chaos. For many years that looked like my work as an Executive Assistant — holding space, creating order, and supporting others through seasons of intensity.

But service isn’t just structure or systems. True service lives in presence, in listening deeply, in the courage to stay with someone in their dark places without trying to fix them. And that kind of service was born out of my own journey.

I didn’t just survive cancer — I lived through it. I lived through domestic violence, trauma, and the dismantling of every identity I once believed defined me. And on the other side of survival, I discovered something profound: the real work begins after survival.

Every unraveling changed me. Every reckoning asked me to meet myself more honestly. And I discovered that growth doesn’t begin in the light — it begins in the dark. In the spaces where we shed what no longer fits, and slowly return to the truest version of ourselves. This work comes from that soil. From deep interior transformation that happens quietly, beneath the surface.

If you are in a season of coming back to yourself after illness, trauma, burnout, loss, or the heavy realization that you can no longer abandon your own truth — I am here as the lighthouse.

Not to steer your ship. Not to lead the way. But to stand in steady light while you choose and align your own course forward.

I Walk With You

I walk with you through the chapters that come after survival — the real work of healing and becoming that doesn’t show up in hospital rooms or on survival checklists, but in the quiet moments of reclaiming self.

This work touches:

  • identity after illness
  • nervous system restoration
  • emotional and spiritual recalibration
  • the grief beneath the gratitude
  • the pain of loss alongside the joy of reclamation

I am here beside you in:

  • transition
  • confusion
  • grounding
  • awakening
  • discovery
  • reclamation

Not to fix you. Not to lead you. But to stay grounded beside you while you remember who you are. This is not about pushing forward. This is about returning inward.

The Heart of This Work

We don’t just focus on the moment you’re in. We look at the whole system that brought you to this present moment.

We explore:

  • the ways your life has been operating
  • the roles you have played
  • the patterns and beliefs that formed over time
  • what still influences how you move through the world today

Together we unpack your inner operating system — with compassion, curiosity, and honesty — and gently dismantle what no longer serves you.

Then we begin the slow, grounded work of rebuilding with intention and alignment.

Not by force. Not with pressure. But with awareness, truth, and self-honoring.

This is deep internal restructuring, the quiet work that brings your life back into alignment with your truest self.

Why This Matters Now

There is a space between surviving and living that few of us are taught how to cross. You’ve endured. You’ve persisted. And now a quieter voice is calling you forward — not back to who you were before everything changed, but into but into the truest version of who you have always been beneath it all.

How we work together

1:1 sessions

A space to talk, process, and be met where you are

Flexible cadence based on what you need (weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed)

I’ve lived through the reality of treatment—the decisions, the uncertainty, the moments no one prepares you for.

And I’m here to walk with you through it—not as a guide with answers, but as someone who understands what it feels like to be inside it.

If you feel drawn to this, we can start with a conversation.
